I have a company in the Middle East and we have made web projects by Domain Names other then the Company Name, With the web server In USA and the Website being Offered to People in the Middle east
1) I would like to know What constitutes a Company on the Internet?
2) Does the website falls under US Laws since the Website is Hosted and registered in USA
3) Does local laws apply since the website is owned by a company situated in that country
if possible can you supply me a link for Internet Laws
