I would defiantly say it would depend on the quality of the work somewhere around 25-45$ per page with some sort of a min number of pages moving a site could be cheap as pretty much anyone with half a brain can move a web site to a new host so like 20-30$ as for page revisions you should give a small amount of free ones for larger sites that could also act as an incentive to bring clients in after that base the revisions on hours along the lines of 15-20$ per hour
I worked for a firm that in order to have a new link to a PDF on their page they’d send a letter to a webmaster with the instructions as well as phoning him and the whole thing would take up to a week and he’d end up charging 25 UK sterling for the link.
I could have done it in a nanosecond but they somehow “didn’t trust me” LOL.
So the most important thing is the FACADE you can put up and the FORM you use when dealing with your customers.
If you get that right, for a “major” job like uploading their site to a new host you can charge them $250, then include a free meeting! ha ha ha I am laughing but it is the truth.
