   I recommend Weebly. You can click and drag add-ons to the page whether it’s a text box, video, cell divider, you name it. The click and drag features are always what I look for in web hosting. You cannot change backgrounds though.

   Another good one with a click and drag feature is Webon, and it has more features. As far as changing the backgrounds, click on Styles, and then customize.

   It depends on what you are hosting.
   CPanel is a very good if you’re going into php, mysql, etc. It is free of cost and has a site builder with it.

   Stay away from: GoDaddy and iPage

   I highly recommend: JustHost or HostMonster

   I mean it.

   I got Hostgator over a year ago and I’ve never been happier.

   A big factor for me was support. They were very responsive and helpful when I needed them.
