I’ve had this problem for 2 weeks now. I get DISCONNECTED to the internet when this error shows up at startup. I can’t even watch VIDEOS.
I think the CULPRIT is a virus because I sometimes get a Pop-up saying “There’s a virus in your system” and I like need to purchase something. Obviously, there’s a VIRUS, but AVIRA Antivirus won’t DETECT anything.
HELP! What should I do? I already TRIED all the STUFF on the internet. I’m using Service pack 3 by the way. I’ve tried the RegEdit and CMD Stuff, but still, there’s this Fuc**** error!
Here’s the FIRST PART of my Hijackthis LOG. HELP me!

The best thing to do is to reinstall Windows.
There is no need to reinstall windows. The error you are receiving is normally the result of malware. You are correct to have Hijack This. However, this is not the forum for analyzing log files. In fact, the log you posted is incomplete due to character limitations. You can post your issue on the free computer support forum on the link below if you wish. Do not post the log file however until requested to do so by your helper. Simply create a new topic in the virus/malware section stating that your computer is infected. Your helper will instruct you from there. You will be required to create an account prior to being able to post. This prevents spamming and drive-by posting. The forum and the help provided are completely free.
