Like with A LOT of features, not only for paying people and also ones where you can sell items without paying like 4 dollars a month or year even? i’d rather make a good free one if possible! thanks!

Try www.lemonparty.com
www.inkfrog.com
freewebs.com
try http://awardspace.com
Very few places will give you free hosting unless you are friends with someone on the inside. GoDaddy.com is probably your cheapest option while still being very reliable.
If you don’t mind not having www.whateveriwant.com and can settle for whateveriwant.atspace.com I would suggest ATSPACE.COM. You can create a website for FREE up to 50MBs in size. I have two websites through them and the uptime is great. NO ADS, NO BANNERS. You’ll need an ftp program to upload your stuff. There’s a good free one for personal use called “FTP Explorer”. Of course you’ll either need to learn HTML or use one of the WYSIWYG programs like FrontPage or DreamWeaver to actually design your site.
If you want your own domain and have it hosted, I suggest ReadyHosting. You get 1GB of space unlimted e-mail accounts, FTP access and domain name registration all for $99 a year.
Web hosting site (FREE):

A couple of my websites:
Pioneer Baseball Website (ReadyHosting – Cost)
http://www.pioneerbaseball.org
My Son’s Travel Team’s Website (ATSpace.com – FREE)
http://tricountytitans.atspace
Family Website (ATSpace.com – FREE)
http://tim8w.atspace.com
my favorite is freewebs
no advertisements if i can remember right
includes ALOT of features…
Only bad thing is you have to type in, for example “www.freewebs.com/yourwebsite”, to get to the site
but every free website host makes you do that.
if i were u i would use freewebs!
You have asked two separate questions here. I believe you can do a google search and find free hosting but remember you get what you pay for.
Secondly you are looking for a payment gateway, you will have to pay for the use of this but the fews are usually very small per transaction. 2checkout.com has a good product and probably one the more reasonable priced.
Its impossible. Yahoo geocities is free but you’d have to pay for a shopping cart to sell stuff and to accept online payments you need a merchent account which goes by how many transactions you make.
? For free hosting, try google pages (pages.google.com) or yahoo geocities,
It’s sort of free hosting, but you are limited to a subdomain on googlepages & geo has ads on your website – otherwise I would use http://www.interkeys.com/tophosts to get one for a few bucks a month with 750 GIGs of bandwidth and rich with features.. you will be much better off. Hosting is cheap nowadays.
It’s up to you how developed a site you want and if you want to use your own domain name. Having your own domain name + your own hosting gives much more credibility to your site and allows you to be more flexible (such as adding google adsense to make money, affiliate links etc).
