   I afraid none of the free hosting allow cron jobs.
   Google Apps allow Remote smtp with Free 100 MB Hosting.

   But if you need Hosting with Cron Jobs then you should visit the Webmasters Forum to get Hoasting Space as donation for your project.

   Many Webmasters Forum provides Full Professional cPanel Hosting for free.
