How to set-up and e-commerce site?
We are considering starting an online store. We would like for it to be done in a professional manner and not just use cookie cutter templates. Niether my wife or I have much of a technical background so we would need the help of a professional e-commerce company to assist. What company (companies) would you recommend to help with the various support needed...ie web design, shopping cart, merchant account, hosting, etc..? I’m wanting to set up a webstore, with a hosting site that has good templates and is cheap!?
I've been looking around, and can't decide between ekmpowershop or volusion - or any of the others that are out there! I also want to buy a web address, and have a few emails along side it. Should I go with 2 separate companies (e.g 123-reg and ekmpowershop) or just let 1 do everything? I'm looking to spend around 40 pounds to get started. Any help? :)

hello .. i have users table in which i have two different users in my database as 'activated' and 'verify'
now i have one web form in which this user Access is retrieve..
there the admin can see the USER is activated or not (in verify) through checkboxes ..
if the user is already 'activated' then when the web form loads, the checkbox will be checked automatically and if not its unchecked ..

i'm thinking of going with yahoo web hosting for 9/mo just wondering if anyone has gone through yahoo and when its published..who will see the site? how can u get to be on the first page of the searchbar. Its for a tree service so like when u search tree service mn u see them. we want to be in the first page atleast. does it cost to be there? thinking of google for advertisment.

My MS SQL Database scripts for Dotnetnuke won’t install!?
I purchased a domain through GoDaddy and I'm trying to install DNN. But when it gets to the Database Scripts installation screen it just stays there.
It shows this:
Installing Database - Version 4.4.0...Success
Upgrading Database to Version 4.4.1
...
The bottom of the web browser says "Error on page".
It says "Installing Database Scripts" but it's been on this page for the past hour. I think there is an error or something.

Should computer service companies clean out dead accounts that the customers closed?
Would you sign a petition that makes your Internet Service Provider and Your Domain Name Host, and your Computer Server Companies clean out their Hosting machines and also the free web service companies machines of old dead closed domain name accounts and E Mail accounts?
