   first u have to install joomla on server… as you installed on local.
   Then simply upload the files as normal we upload on server.
   1. Upload Joomla Zip file.
   2. Unzip It & install it.

   1- From PhpMyAdmin you have to export your SQL into .sql or .zip file.
   2- Upload all the files located under /…
   3- Edit your config file: configuration.php, usually you have to edit the following config:

   $mosConfig_host = ‘localhost’;
   $mosConfig_user = ‘db username’;
   $mosConfig_password = ‘db password’;
   $mosConfig_db = ‘database name’;
   $mosConfig_absolute_path = ‘your path (from your host)’;
   $mosConfig_cachepath = ‘path to cach folder’;
   $mosConfig_smtphost = ‘smtp server address (ask your host)’;
