How do I refresh the Java Wepage?

I’m having difficulties downloading the Java software and it always ABORTS. It says TO RESTART THE JAVA(TM) INSTALLER, PLEASE REFRESH THE WEB PAGE. But, how do I refesh the web page? I tried clicking REFRESH but it doesn’t work.

press F5 or CTRL+F5 these will be refresh the page.
