Is there a better Alternative than 1&1′s WebSiteBuilder?

I’m working on my Web Page Taylorlloydinc.co.uk and finding the ‘WebSiteBuilder’ application 1&1 provide is frustrating, slow and constantly wiping my work.

Is there an other application I can use to maintain & update the Site but still have it hosted by 1&1?

Notepad++ http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/uk/download.php if you want to write it yourself, otherwise you’re at the mercy of someone else’s code.
